The new multifamily apartment building consists of 4 stories of apartments and one below-grade parking lot.  Amenities offered to the building’s residents include; community/meeting rooms, outdoor patio space, a children’s play area, yoga studio, dog wash stations, fitness area, and bike repair stations.  The building is situated near public transit hubs and ample community resources.
