Located in Cambridge Massachusetts, The Wyeth is a 63 unit multifamily complex designed by Touloukian Toloukian Inc.  The former school buildings are now energy efficient luxury apartments that include access to a private gym, in-unit bike storage and private outdoor space. 

Resilient Buildings Group worked closely to the project and helped it achieve the LEED Platinum certification, which is the highest LEED certification level.  The building’s sustainable design, energy efficiency and sustainably sourced materials proved essential in achieving the high LEED rating.
