Andy graduated from Allegheny College in 1999 with a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus in sustainable energy and earned a Master of Social Work degree from UNH in 2014. He managed the NH Weatherization Assistance Program for ten years and was a director of weatherization at a Community Action Agency for two years. Prior to joining RBG he performed quality assurance inspections and program administration for NH utility sponsored residential energy efficiency programs and the federally funded Weatherization program for eight years. He has served on the REPA-NH board of directors and as president. Andy is a BPI certified Quality Control Inspector.
