Donna brings 30 years of HR, Accounting, and Executive Administration experience to RBG. At her previous role as Operations Manager, Donna closely assisted with the construction of their new 10,000 ft² facility. During the construction she worked to maximize and improve the facility’s energy efficiency. The project included programable thermostats, LED fixture and controls upgrades, a new efficient HVAC system, and building envelope improvements.

Donna understands the unique needs of a small but rapidly growing office place and enjoys the ever-changing tasks that come her way. On her days off you will find her building a “hobby studio” in her home to let her creative energy grow!
